Abhishek Krishna is a technology entrepreneur and creative technologist with over fifteen years of experience launching and scaling ventures across India, Japan, the Gulf, and the United States. An IIT Roorkee graduate, he is best known today as the co-founder of IPTO, an AI-native licensing platform that gives developers and creators ethical, programmatic access to licensed intellectual property through APIs, building the rights and payment infrastructure the AI economy currently lacks.

Alongside IPTO, he founded Create Protocol, a decentralized AI network for the post-AGI creative economy, and Human Data Rights, an initiative reframing personal data as a property right rather than a privacy concern. Earlier ventures include EdlogIQ (Project Prodigy career counselling for 15,000+ students; Neuron Gym brain-training games with 400,000+ downloads, featured globally) and Muzix Tech (Ojam, a collaborative music editor that grew to a 100,000-strong community).

He is also a musician and producer, releasing electronic, ambient, and experimental work under the alias Abhi Cris, with prior live experience as Wild Monks. He has held CTO, advisor, and founder–CEO roles across consumer and infrastructure businesses, working with founders, governments, and creators on both sides of the technology stack. He works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, intellectual property, and creative networks.

  1. Why every AI rights debate is a market design problem in costume, and the API that fixes it.
  2. Why personal data needs the legal grammar of property, not privacy, and what that unlocks.
  3. What survives in a creator economy after generation becomes free: taste, provenance, intent.
  4. Building between India, Japan, the Gulf, and the US: what each geography actually trains.
  5. Why music (Abhi Cris) and software (IPTO) are the same discipline in two formats.
